People in the office are really very nice, with flexible work arrangements

Cons

Half the team is based on China, alot of OJT is done through Teams. The people conducting the trainings are also not willing to teach despite the higher management's continuous efforts to say that they are willing to take new hires. Different people have different ways to do the same job, they all expect you to follow their way. direct manager also only takes the word of the trainer (another analyst in the same team based on china) to determine if you can do the job or not.

Able to travel frequent and work on projects not common in Corporate companies. Get to meet people from all over the world.

Cons

No real strategy in place and subjected to many last minute "wants" from high management.
