Pros
I worked for more than two years at Cluetivity, and it was a great personal and professional experience. It is a company with a very pleasant environment to work in, where one can develop the necessary skills to continue growing. The management position was always pending on us, solving any questions and with an excellent mentorship. I left the company with the best of feelings, and I totally recommend it to work
Cons
I would have liked to go back to the office 100%. With the pandemic, much of the work is flexible, allowing people to work directly from home in most cases.
