Take if from someone who knows who has been here at least at 5 years.
Pros
The staff is easy to get along with, there is not drama in the office and the chain of command is very clear. They provide lunch on fridays. They are a very familiy oriented company and allow the time off as necessary to take care of your children for various reasons. They do not micro manage. The dress code is relaxed. Very quiet calm environment. Mostly Christain atmosphere. The pool of knowledge is infinite. Anyone who works here will greatly expand upon their knowledge in the coal and computer industry. Your paycheck will reflect the amount of effort you put forth. The pay raises are reasonable and fair. The employers have went over and beyond to help their employees on a personal level. It is nice to be more than just another body in the work place.
Cons
Unfortunately, the location is a little bit of a distance from popular restaurants. However, with an hour lunch this compensates for it.
