Pros
Good discount, 75 off uniform pro rata, 50 off everything in your store and online, 30 off aurora branding. Clothing you work with is super good quality, easy to sell occasion wear. Targets are attainable, all dependant on footfall.
Cons
Store that I was part of had very very high staff turnover. One person left in three weeks. Team of 8 and more than half left. management unrealistic about not being able to do shifts, forcing people to come in when they were very ill. Walking on eggshells for the last few weeks, your experience is totally dependant on managements mood which was sometimes toxic.
