A lot of little things make up a good company culture (not just benefits, but behaviour as well) and it's not easy to get it right, which brings me to my next point. - Great company culture. It is always refreshing to have a CEO that genuinely cares about not just his company growth, but the growth of its people. In the 3-4 months that I'm here, I've felt empowered and actually have the opportunity to make an impact in the work that I choose to lead, and it's mostly because of the people in the team.
