Best people to work with. Highly professional and competent team

Cons

Lots of unpaid overtime. Frequent layoffs. Management will hire lots of people then will have layoffs in after a few months

1) Output based - you’re good as long as you complete your deliverables on timely manner 2) Flexible working hours 3) So far I can say that there are still learning / growth opportunities for me here - different projects assigned

Cons

1) Only 10 Leave credits 2) I think there is no bonus and annual increase here?
