They dont give goverment holiday. Didn't provide any information about policy, leaves,PF, no insurance and theres no work like balance. They will take advantage of our need of job. Thats it.

Nothing to say about pros there is no pros only work from home is pros but it will make you mental pressure if you guys seeing reviews and join in this company. Mark my words your job is not guarantee.

Cons

They will treat you like salves. In the name of target they will eat your brain daily and always thinks we are not working in home. Their clients are worst if you didn't give closure they will fire you without informing to you. And they make employees to put the review that codersbrain is good...please don't beleive.
