- being able to help students grow and develop their technical skills - pay is higher than other competitors
Cons
- hours are brutal. Nobody has time for anything else. Codesmith becomes their entire lives - toxic positivity and constant cult-like mentality. If you don’t buy in, it’s a very tough environment to work in. People who overwork are celebrated and “shouted out” and those who try and create boundaries are admonished and not considered “team players”
