We know pay and development are really important and as a Real Living Wage employer we take our colleagues financial wellbeing very seriously. We’ve been reviewing the colleague offer as we finalise our merger to become Codi Group and this has lead to proposed changes to improve in these areas. Your feedback helps us keep moving forward.
