It is a totally vertical place, where you grow based on the learning you have to do for the projects you are thrown into. It's a great place to learn what you DON'T want. Micromanagement, really old projects in visual basic and xamarin, no career path or oportunities to grow whatsoever, low salaries, they will work really hard to avoid giving you what they promised during the interviews, toxic culture (weird competition between teams), no benefits.
