No senior people, lack of management skills, poor software quality, new funny directors repeating on every meeting "I'm complete newbie, imagine I'm Texas farmer and expain once again", a lot of experts just left company, no permament workers just contractors.

Teams mostly of mids/juniors, lack of experienced seniors/architects. Company tries to decrease employee costs everywhere e.g. low salaries, cheap laptops.
