Pros

Good office Excellent facilities provided like laptop, Internet etc

Cons

If you are willing to work for 12 to 14 hours a day than come to this company, because most of the developers are forced to have late seatings almost daily. If you are joining as a intern you will be treated like a 3rd class developer, they will pay you less. their salary structure is for internees are worst of any company. No other benefits for experienced developers like health, fuel etc. The most worse thing i think about codility is one of the boss name as Aamir, who treat their employees like slaves, always do favourtism. Codility without amir is like a paradise.

Pros

Their only benefit is that they have a cheap play area with a few games and freshers get impressed by that. It is nothing as compared to good companies out there in the market. Do not get impressed by their development sitting area and looks of the things.

Cons

There is a long list of disadvantages of working in this company. 1- Very low salaries (low wages). Especially for fresh graduates, the company will only offer you 20K for three months, but it will not tell you that the first month will be unpaid. They have the tendency to LIE to their employees a lot. 2- The upper management (although there is no management at all), the three partners are very uncooperative, unhelpful, and unreasonable especially the CEO of the company Amir. That person has a very negative influence on his employees. First of all, his facial expressions are not professional at all. There are chances that they convey a different meaning that some people might consider rude. He really needs to learn positive body language and effective communication skills. 3- The CEO makes male employees feel unimportant by only talking, joking, laughing with female employees and one in particular. That man has the audacity to behave like an oppressor openly. 4- The CEO favors a few employees who have been working with the company since its inception in 2019. 5- Whenever an employee requests a raise in salary, his only answer is about the poor learning curve of the employee no matter how talented you are. 6- Proceed with caution because the unprofessional CEO can fire any employee without any valid reason at any time of the employment and it has happened to many employees both senior and junior. I think he is under the impression that this makes the reputation of his company good, but it is not. The company is already falling apart. The majority of talented employees left the company as soon as they got the chance because of Amir. 7- Not a single person can speak proper English in that company. The management especially is very bad at speaking the international language of communication. This is simply sad that they did not learn anything in their careers and they call themselves the management of the C-suite. 8- No medical insurance, no EOBI, no provident fund. Nothing. Just the basic salary with a tax deduction and deduction because of coming late. 9- Micromanagement is another appalling part of the company. They use cameras and microphones to monitor employees constantly. 10- Their biggest delusion is that they are a BIG Company like Netsol, i2c, etc. The case is exactly the opposite. 11- They have no HR department so every basic process gets messed up, 12- You cannot approach the said so-called CEO directly. You will have to go the HR (a female employee) and she will take your matter ahead. 13- There happen to be a lot of late sittings and that too without any extra pay. 14- A limited number of holidays and no extra benefits.
