I work in Coesia Asia and there are Too many problems. 1) Top Management(Both In Europe and Asia) Spending Money like Crazy on their Trips and '' Get Together Meetings" while people at the bottom are feeding on scraps. Top Management are very stingy with salary, variable bonus and salary increase. They offer below market rate salary than what competitors are paying but yet they still expect to get the best people. Top Management are very arrogant, still thinking that their business model and machines are the best when actually certain Coesia machines have been outdated and competitors are producing cheaper and better machines than them. HR in Asia is run but poor leadership personnel.

Managers are not prepared, they do not consider important their staff development. I have never heard someone among them talking about employee engagement. They do not offer opportunities for development or improvement. Morale is low in many business areas. Sometimes I saw discriminatory actions and arrogance. Merit is not always rewarded.
