Coevolve has a ambitious growth plans, the foundations have been set with a super smart team in place, great "win as a team" culture, happy clients.
Cons
Collaboration is encouraged but it will help to have more initiatives that facilitate global interaction. Not for the faint hearted - this is a fast paced, high trust environment needing a self-starter mentality! It's a high trust environment, that has a lot of positives, but also comes with responsibility to be a self-starter.
