      Pros

      Love the culture and the people at this company. I have always worked in large companies and this is my first startup. I love it! Honestly - with any job there are going to be challenges and changes, but the leadership and the teams all come together when needed and push forward. It is a great place to really feel that your work matters and that you have a voice in the overall success of the company. You will not be just a cog. It is fast paced and exciting and very rewarding!

      Cons

      If you like being a cog with predictable day-to-day... I guess you would not like working somewhere like Cofactr.

The company moves at a fast pace, which keeps things exciting, and there’s always a focus on innovation and improvement. If you enjoy being part of a free and forward-thinking environment where your contributions matter, this is a great place to grow your career.

      Because the team is so motivated, I often find myself choosing to keep working to get more done in a day. But that’s entirely my own choice, the team and leadership are very understanding and supportive of work-life balance.
