      Pros

      Great place to work as a student, but after that forget about it.

      Cons

      Pay is extremly low compared to other coffee shops, and employees will never have the opportunity to have their thoughts heard from upper managment.

      Fun job, not so fun management

      Pros

      The job included free coffee which was nice and a huge discount on food items. Learning about coffee and especially expresso was a fun part of the job.

      Cons

      Knowing if you were a student. You were essentially forced to have 20 hours open a week no matter what time of year. If you didn't follow it you could not keep working.
