Great People and Leadership

Pros

One of the standout things about the company is the people — genuinely kind, supportive, and I’ve stayed close with several colleagues even after leaving. I had the best manager I’ve worked with, which made a huge difference to my experience. The leadership team, including the CEO, felt approachable and positive. Remote working is also a big benefit and gives a lot of flexibility.

Cons

The work can sometimes feel a bit repetitive, with limited variety depending on the role. There can be a stronger focus on sales targets over service quality in some areas, which can be frustrating. More balance between commercial goals and quality of service would improve things further.

Opportunities for growth

Pros

Great opportunities for growth - if you're good and bring in money for the company you'll be given more responsibility and will be rewarded with promotions again and again. You can build an excellent career here. Salaries are ok.

Cons

Scientific team is small. People often leave due to workload becoming too high. Each division can be quite cliquey. HR will always side with higher management.
