      Pros

      Amazing team, lots of open communication with other global team members. Good reputation to leverage on. Lots of autonomy given, non restrictive environment. Great growth for someone keen to pursue a solid and successful recruitment career or wants to experience working overseas. Worked with some of the best people and bosses in the industry. Great for employees that doesn't want micromanagement where un-necessary. Open conversations.

      Cons

      Improvements in training methods esp for new employees that do not have exp in 360 recruiting, may lack progressive opportunities for someone who isn't pursuing a heavy sales driven path in consulting. Needs more strategic support and consistency for a smaller team to gain momentum.

      Pros

      flat hierarchy, flexible working hours (depending on your performance), results driven, values contributions of employees to company's growth and management are very diplomatic and listens to ideas and suggestions.

      Cons

      i guess with any recruitment business, pace and environment will always be fast. you need to keep up and should always be switched on.

      Growth opportunities in Singapore

      - Supportive Management - Autonomy with how I recruit at my desk - Tight team of consultants - Cosy and modern office with a great view of the Singapore River

      Cons

      - Small office thus it can get quiet when everyone is out for meetings - Work in progress when it comes to organisational structures, in comparison to bigger recruitment firms.
