Pros

None at all, they don’t know the meaning of pros.

Cons

If you are thinking how they have such nice ratings, it’s because they sit on your head and make you write nice reviews. This establishment is unequivocally the least desirable place to join, and I cannot stress enough how abysmal it is. They strictly adhere to a hire-and-fire policy and have the most dreadful HR personnel. Instead of providing support, HR listens to your personal conversations, twists them with exaggeration, and swiftly reports them to the CEO. The CEO, Sunil Sharma, constantly asserts control, manipulating and publicly humiliating employees in front of everyone, even resorting to group chats. Additionally, they require employees to work on Sundays, citing the company's underperformance and failure to meet targets. Should you dare to voice your concerns or push back, you will be summarily dismissed. You might also face discrimination occasionally if you are a female. :) If you happen to be a new employee, there's a possibility you might be fired within a week, using the justification of not meeting the firm's expectations. The company also fails to offer any additional benefits. They neglect essentials such as health insurance, possibly driven by their short-term focus. The remuneration they provide is significantly inadequate, and there are no provisions for paid leaves whatsoever. Taking a single day off means forfeiting a day's salary entirely.

Pros

If you are completely broke, then go to Gurudwara and eat langer. That would be far better than joining this toxic place as your mental sanity would remain intact. You will not have to deal with daily doses of anxiety, humiliations, mental harassment. No body will try to put you down or behave like they have bought you and you're nothing more than a throwaway bag of trash. Gurudwara's Langer >>>> This Company

Cons

I am writing this because if someone has written this before, It would have saved my valuable time and from mental torture I went through during my time at CoinGape. Most employees don't speak up, they either suffer in silence or leave the organisation considering it their "bad decision" but I feel the responsibility to warn you. FYI: Most of the 5 star reviews here are fake. I also got into this shithole after relying on these reviews. After joining this company, your only desires will be: 1. 8 Hours of Working 2. Paid Leaves (No sick, casual or earned leaves at all. None!) 3. Approval from top management for your unpaid leaves! 4. A Non Toxic Work Culture 5. Work Equipment i.e., Office Laptop and Accessories 6. Salary Slips 7. Salary on 1st day of month (usually credited between 7th-10th, so that if you abscond (No call, No Show), your 7-10 days wages is gone with that) 8. Respect/Dignity You will treated worse than labourers. For them, their mission statement matters (which should) but not your work life balance, creative space, mental health, and so on. Literally they don't care about you, not even on a basic human level. You are reduced to a docile being. You get the drill. I had never imagined that such companies could even exist (Which openly flouts Indian Labour Laws in so many ways). Surprisingly it does. But, everything damn thing is justified in the name of "startup". Let's just say, you ''survive'' few years in this company and suffer all the abuses with a grin on your chins. When you will leave this company for other organisation, all the "abuses" will become nomalized in your mind, and you will go on to become a terrible or an awful boss for your future team members, who puts their juniors through same kind of toxic, abusive work environment. Moreover, You will become a person with a very low level of self-esteem and will lose the ability to stand up against any wrong doings of your bosses and organisation. PS: You might be asked to post a LinkedIn post after you join the company thanking hiring personnel and top leadership. "Asked" is the keyword here. You might be thinking "Things can't be this bad". Well, I also wish the same and reminding myself to find even a single positive thing about the company, but unfortunately, I can't think of any. If you are thinking "That's just opinion of one person", you are wrong again. I regret to inform you that this sentiment prevails across the board/spectrum/teams. Company Policies are very exploitative and at times CEO humiliates employees publicly (on group video call and in slack groups mostly). I have better standards, do you?

Pros

There are no pros in this work. And, how will it be? When you have an egoistic boss at the top?

Cons

Now many might think, it's just another negative review by a disgruntled frustrated employee. Well, yes. Someone becomes that when they work in a toxic environment.
