Bad business decisions caused the company to have to lay off almost all of their staff within 3 - 6 months of hiring them. Layoff process was also not communicated to employees in advance which left employees to scramble to file for unemployment, find insurance, and start looking for jobs immediately. Lots of unnecessary stress. Unfortunate because the higher ups said they would communicate things to employees to keep them in the know, however when layoffs started being handed out, employees were let go the same day they were told, out of the blue. Extremely unfair.
