Fully remote, lots of opportunity to work on different projects, very Databricks orientated
Cons
Company is trying to grow, unrealistic targets from parent company mean compensation increases only happen on very rare occasions for perhaps 10% of staff, potentially twice a year. Bonus is non existent. Negotiate hard when joining as your basic pay probably won't change much

- Interesting and varied client projects that keep the work engaging -Lots of growth potential -Starting to invest in more face-to-face sessions, which helps balance out remote working
Cons
- Remote-first setup so some things are harder - Still maturing as a business, so some areas (like company goals and communication) are a work in progress
