High potential, but some leaders/execs need people-training

CEO is good Good pay, things are well organized. The team is high caliber and talented Product has good growth potential. Good for career growth

Cons

Some members of management need to be reined in. The behavior I experienced and observed was surprising, and not in a good way. I worked cross-functionally with three leaders who I witnessed treating their direct reports in demoralizing ways. Left a bad taste in my mouth. One bad leader, ok - that's isolated. Two bad leaders, sensing a pattern. Three bad leaders, this is a work culture issue. They were smart people who demanded high performance from their teams, but you don't get that by treating your team disposably.
