Pros
- Lots of freedom (time, place, projects..) - I can work on whatever I want, whenever I want as long as it makes sense and helps Colonist grow fast - We focus on high impact, not doing things that will increase %0.1 but I love trying to figure out what can 2x us - The company will surely grow, the only question is can we grow it faster? - I have to constantly add new skills under my tool belt in order to complete projects - Many colleagues all learning, experimenting and growing which in turn grows me
Cons
- Lack of communication - its expected in remote async work - Projects might take a bit time to align - due to remote async work - You're expected to figure it out - sometimes its a challenge and you'll fail, so you need to be the type of person who doesn't go down with a few failures in a row but can keep pushing

- The best part of working for Colonist is the gratification we get from making a game that people truly love - Our work is seen by hundreds of thousands in just a couple days! - Manage your own time and have a say in the new releases - Meritocratic - Minimal meetings - Efficient
Cons
- Small startup & sometimes chaotic (expected from a growing company) - Always need to figure out the next thing (its a fun challenge) -
