They paid for my RBT Certification. My coworkers were amazing and some of my best friends
Cons
-no organization with scheduling (they cancel clients without notice, or cancel your session and give it to someone else no notice, plus you have to find your own coverage for all time off) -Eboni (the main BCBA and CEO) will talk horribly about people out loud and then go smile in their face. -you will get fired with no warning and no reason. I started in January and by the time I left it was an entire new set of staff (they go through people like it’s a disposable napkin -no pay raises, benefits (insurance, 401k, etc), or paid holidays for any RBT…unless you’re a lead. -If you ask for full time, you won’t get more than 30-35 hours because they don’t want to offer anyone benefits. -hours are NOT guaranteed and I had never had a full paycheck -Lot of illegal activity going on here. Insurance fraud is the NUMBER ONE on the list. They commit insurance fraud like nothing I’ve ever seen. It won’t affect you personally, but it shows their morals for sure.
