The upper management of this company is awesome and attentive to their employees. They exhibit great attention to detail and professionalism on their projects and always try to have a continuing good work relationship with their customers by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the projects.
Cons
There are a few of the middle management that think that customer service should only come from them while I believe that good customer service should come from every employee of a company.
