Abandon all hope, ye who work here.
Pros
Monday through Friday. That's really about it.
Cons
Where to begin... It seems like a good place to work at (at first) but then you slowly start to see just where the problems are. First, you there are almost as many people with made up titles as there are employees. You will have 2 to 3 directors/managers/supervisors overseeing the same people and the same tasks just to collect a pay check. Secondly, they push quantity over quality in regards to hiring new employees, they don't care about safety, the equipment or anyone else for that matter...they are, without a doubt the. absolute. worst. Third, the "supervisors" (if you could really call them that) have zero idea on how to be a supervisor. They exhibit no control over their subordinates and fail to make changes stick to their assigned teams. Let us talk about pay. They say that everyone is paid differently based on their experience. I am responsible more the safe transportation of million of dollars worth of aircraft parts a month, and the guy who pick up trash, and sweeps the floors makes almost 45% more than I do. In regards to my position I am in the bottom 94% of the U.S. in terms of pay for my position and experience. Promotion!....or not so much :/ Have a college degree? have several years of good experience? want to better not only yourself but the place you work for? well you can forget it! open positions are reserved for family, friends, and other people who can't generally hack it in the position, but hey it's open so let's just throw anyone into it. They fail to pay their bills on time...for almost everything, we can't get what we need to accomplish the simplest of tasks, and the overall mood and morale is likened to a prison (which I have also worked at). The place needs a cleansing, then may...just maybe it stands a chance at being successful.
