Unlimited PTO, although you will be highly discouraged from using any- and made to look like lesser of a person if you do want a day off.
Cons
Horrible Management- Condescending remarks, Lying on official documents such as your 30, 60, and 90 day reviews to benefit their motives, they will talk down to you and will not show interest in your succes. Training- There is NONE. You are expected to walk in the door and know everything about the company with zero (and I mean literally zero) training or information. One 30 minute overview and you are an expert- even if you come from a different organization altogether. Rude remarks are made about their counterparts and they do not work collaboratively. They are very biased (over ethnicity and seniority) and think their reps are the bottom of the bottom- even though they are the reason their organization exists. I could go on.. but please, do not waste your time or energy on this company.
