* You get to work with brilliant, hardworking, and fun people * The company's leadership is flexible and realistic * In the tech team, you have autonomy to a considerable extent * No micromanagement because managers generally trust that you'd do your job
Cons
It is a fast-paced environment. I personally love this but I have come to realize that some people prefer slow pace environment.
