Amazing restaurant and people. Such a fun and cool environment to work in. You really feel a part of something working there.
Cons
For such an established restaurant the pay is horrendous. Even if I were to have worked full time it would be impossible to live on that salary.

One of the most emotionally rewarding jobs I’ve ever had. I learned a ton in a small time. Great team of people. Some of the best, most inspiring managers I’ve ever worked with (but also some of the worst managers I’ve ever seen worked in other departments).
Cons
Very demanding job. Has low pay. Everything is very fast paced, so much so that there’s a notable risk of injury. I’d only recommend it to a friend if they wanted to advance a career working in kitchens.
