Commenda is a lightning-quick startup staffed by talented, motivated people all around the world. Spencer, the CEO, has created a one-of-a-kind work environment dominated by free expression and high levels of autonomy. There are no jerks here. We all truly believe we are building the best tool for global expansion and international business in the market. It is awesome to work at a company that will change the free market forever!
Cons
With great passion comes long hours, and Commenda is not immune. We are trying to build a top-tier global business tool, which takes some blood, sweat, and tears. Being a startup, compensation is not in line with a major multinational company. But I say you can't put a price on freedom, which is what we all have at Commenda.
