Stagnant. Behind the competition in making moves towards growth in the market. Salaried positions appear to be below and less competitive than those of similar sized operations in the same business category.

Cons
The staff is under-paid (not in current market rates at least), and they are disrespected. Management isn't willing to listen to their problems or difficulties in dealing with how they are dealt with, or ways to improve work flow and communication.. A culture of division and revenge is nurtured.
