      Pros

      good location close to city. Active social club, and some co-workers are dedicated, hard working, and a pleasure to interact with.

      Cons

      Management appear totally out of touch and appear only interested in their own status. Total disregard for extra efforts by individuals not in the 'select' group. Have noticed position re-advertised every two years or less. No clear division of control.

      Pros

      Most roles pay pretty well.

      Cons

      This company started out so good and just went way downhill after private equity bought them out. It went from a warm, supportive environment to a corporate wasteland. Focus is on profits, not people. It's top heavy and the people doing the actual work are overloaded and unappreciated. So much turnover in the past year alone. Lots of talent walking out the door and a bunch that got thrown out (including long term employees). The culture has been replaced with stress.

      Commerce Vision has great company values and has a relaxed and productive work environment. The company has a commitment to excellence and is open and honest in their communication. The senior management offer compassion, respect and empowerment to their team.

      Cons

      Possibility of working overtime in our industry.
