      Very nice colleagues and clients to work with. Interesting work.

      Poor leadership. For a brief period of time, we had a strong leader for the marketing team. He pulled us together under one mission and brought a sense of direction to the team. We all rallied behind him and focused on our work and were delivering results. This was all removed when the new CEO was brought in by ownership. This CEO tore apart everything our former leader did, ruined morale, and degraded our work. The whole marketing team, what is left of it, has been put on notice that we will be getting let go soon. The new leadership has decided to outsource all marketing to other agencies. This is never explained to the client base, most of whom have already cancelled. The company seems to be revisiting the mistakes of the past and doing them all over again.
