Pros

Strong management leaders but owner and vp need help. Most employees get along and want to help except for the accounting department. Good benefits and helpful HR department.

Cons

Family run shop so favoritism is apparent as are most. Lots of turnover because of the presidents poor decisions.

Great group in the field but management is horrible. I don't know how they haven't run off all of their employees.

Cons

Everything, low pay, having to fight them for illegally docking travel time. Promises of upward mobility all the while they outsource for more talent that immediately leave as soon as they realize the company is a mess filled with nepotism.

Strong focus on safety and compliance. Top-notch training. High degree of autonomy. Consistent workload and fair workload distribution. Different challenges on every job site, which helps me improve my problem-solving skills. Detailed work procedures but easy to follow.
