Pros
Having been there for 5 years, I can say this company, though on the smaller side, is definitely a great place to work. The managers are competent and treat you like a valued member of the team instead of micro-managing. Also, you'll get a yearly bonus no matter which position you're in if the company does well during a fiscal year.
Cons
Better training could be implemented for new services being offered to customers.
