Pros
Loved the mission--to help build the institutional non-profit's endowment/foundation both long term and short term (each objective weighted w/precision). Keeping the annual spending at the necessary level to ensure the corpus remains to grow in perpetuity.
Cons
Too many management changes. Company lost sight of this great mission.
