Very strong positive culture that is felt throughout the organisation. The organisation values are consistent internally and client/external stakeholders' facing. Consistently having new initiatives to do better.

Cons

The current documentation is messy although there are actions being taken to streamline the processes and documentation to promote better learning and efficient work processes.

Lots of work, and have to work in highly unstructured work environment. Little to no development opportunities with not ideal salary
