Pros

Decent pay Kind, hardworking, and intelligent therapy team Sweet kids and families

Cons

Dishonest hiring practices Unethical practices and billing with co-treats No cohesive cooperation between departments, especially ABA Owner and head BCBA do not take your any of your concerns in mind, regarding clinic practices, personal life, and physical/mental health BCBA lacks clinical skills and leadership ability. Poor management due to Covid19. Ask the owner about cutting full time salaries to hourly. Ask about lacking PPE. Ask about mass layoffs and the elimination of the ABA department as retaliation. No opportunities for growth. Owner is manipulative and does not care about you. People have been fired for expressing opinions and disagreeing with owner

I'm sorry that you have chosen to write a particularly libelous review. I do hope that people ask me about everything in this review . We operate on truth - and I would love the opportunity to give people facts. Rather than go thru all of your comments - I'll instead offer one of my favorite quotes: "A lie can travel half way across the world while the truth is still putting its boots on." So if you will pardon me, I need to finish lacing up my boots. Susan Raad, M.A., CCC-SLP Founder/CEO

Pros

My fellow coworkers and other disciplines who worked along side me and put all their effort into their work.

Cons

CEO has no regard for the well-being or effort her employees put in on a daily basis. She has no knowledge of ABA, yet insists on making changes or adding more work to an under staffed group. Cares more about PTO usage then the health or personal lives of the employees. Toxic environment is resulting in very high turnover, employees having emotional breakdowns, and families leaving the programs.

Our leave policy (including PTO, FMLA, etc.) is generous, but there are a few rare cases whereby an employee cannot work full time and stay within the salaried PTO allotment. Our company has gone to extraordinary lengths - even in the past 12 months - to accommodate a number of leaves for employees that ran into unexpected family or personal health situations. Heath is extremely important - and that's why we offer 5 different high quality BCBS health care plans. Turnover - our turnover rate is actually much lower than industry averages, and many of our staff have been here for between 5 and 17 years. Our family turnover is also low. I am an SLP, DT and have extensive business experience. I hire BCBA's as Directors of the ABA program and they make the clinical decisions, caseload assignments, etc. I also have met with top ABA professionals that run some of the largest ABA companies in the nation and am confident that that our practices are of high quality. I am really sorry that this person felt left out. We have countless opportunities to interact personally and professionally in the centers. There is always a BCBA or other managers/therapists to speak with every day, and I regret that I didn't have the opportunity to help this person overcome their feelings of isolation. I would have loved the opportunity to help. Susan M. Raad - Founder/CEO

I'm really sorry that the Clubhouse did not work out to be a good fit for you. Rather than respond in my own words, I'll instead share a completely unsolicited email that I received last week from a team member in the midst of the COVID19 challenge: "Thanks Susan! We have been trained, guided, and mentored by the Best! (that's you!) I hope you know how appreciated you are by all of us and how grateful we are for all that you do for us and the company! This has been such a trying time with the company, but you continue to put everyone else first and stay so positive! You are always there for us if we have questions or need anything and you keep us laughing. This will be just another obstacle/event that we will look back on that will prove how great of a person, business owner, boss, leader, and mentor you are! So THANK YOU!! "
