Pros

Clients are awesome, and seeing their growth has been amazing

Cons

Pay doesn’t match the work. Need more days off . In this field staff burn out quickly. Staff that has adequate time to care for themselves work even harder for the clients .

Pros

Decent salary and the working hours are nice.

Cons

Company is heavily focused on billable hours. Also, the benefits are not great. The insurance given to employees is bad, and PTO is low.
