Pros

The DS division just increased their wages for many employees. We also had new leadership come in over the past year and really start listening.

Cons

Agency only has limited resources.

A Good Place to Work

Pros

I love the work I do but what makes it even more powerful is observing the hardest workers making a difference in individuals lives that really need it. Working for CCN is very rewarding.

Cons

Turnover - it is hard for the Agency to recruit top talent due to restrictions on compensation. This is not because CCN chooses to pay lower; we rely heavily on grants and insurance billing. Unfortunately this limits keeping people in the designated positions.
