Benefits are on par with the majority of other organisations so they do not stand put from the rest, other than giving you your birthday off every year.
Cons
Horrendous management hierarchy, treated with disrespect on a daily basis surrounded by individuals who have worked at the organisation for decades and believe they know what’s best and will only take care of their mates who have been on the same journey. This business is the definition of micro-management with the ‘People’ team promoting approachability however do not be sucked into their lies… NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Too many staff who are incompetent forcing others to pick up their slack and work twice as hard with no reward or recognition, for example a simple thank you. They permit staff to have relationships with customers during working hours when they know their employees are married and take no accountability when an issues arises from this.
