      Horrible executive management team and board of directors.

      Great employees to with strong work ethic.

      Cons

      Executive management is terrible. They abruptly laid off 106 people on 1-5-2024 but still are receiving Employee Incentive Bonus, substantial for executives. Also, turnover high for manager and director level positions. Their actions are not suitable for an organization that provides community service. Please see the article that ran on Fox News Houston regarding the recent layoff.

      You get a pay check.

      Cons

      No one knows what they are doing but tries to tell you how to do your job. They don’t have the proper tools for you to get your job done, there’s no work life balance and it’s not what you know but who you know. Too much cliques and favoritism.

      Very unprofessional and incompetent management that pushes its staff under the bus when management drops the ball; inflexible schedule and they expect you to work 24-7 and use your personal items for business use; no respect for people's work life balance; title hungry people who don't have a clue about what they are doing; office politics that leaves you feeling bullied
