Pros

There are minimal positive aspects to working here.

Cons

CEO, James, has frequently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including using inappropriate language and pitting people and departmants against one another. Furthermore, there have been instances of public denigration and behind-the-scenes disparagement of employees. Unfortunately, several members of the top management appear to perpetuate this negative culture, compromising the overall company environment. It has been observed that many high-rated reviews of the company seem inauthentic, potentially being artificially enhanced. However, in public presense, the company often portrays itself in a positive light. The organization lacks a coherent strategic vision. What is often portrayed as innovative simply amounts to routine business operations. Their product offerings have noticeable flaws, and there are concerns about the thoroughness of the vetting process by their investors.

Pros

You get paid, which is the very bare minimum

Cons

The CEO is ridiculously annoying and directly messages the employees in an effort to bully them into doing the jobs for multiple departments all because he does not want to pay to hire the required workforce. He is also a very toxic man who discusses employees with other members of the workforce and purposely targets individuals to pressure them into resigning. The turnover rate is ridiculously high and no position is spared, whether manager or lower level employees are removed with little notice and in some cases people were removed without even being informed. The targets set out by the CEO are unattainable

Pros

Remote Job. Pay comes in quickly on pay day. Otherwise, read below.

Cons

1. This is the type of company that will overwork you to exhaustion and illness and will not hesitate to terminate you once you are drained of all your life force, or if you're too ill to carry on. 2. The illusions of reward and inclusion are just that, an illusion. The company has racist hiring policies and will pay more to individuals that live in first world countries versus those that live in third world countries for the exact same role, even though third world employees are the same ones that end up having to train and support the first world higher salaried employees when they are being onboarded because they are left without any true guidance or training from the organization during the onboarding process. 3. The CEO is a megalomanic, narcissistic, psychopath that pretends to care about the customers when all he's really interested in is milking them out of all their money by any means necessary. He treats the company like his own personal fiefdom, and the workforce like his peasants. Beware, you will be micromanaged and the CEO himself will present himself in your inbox daily with annoying messages that quite frankly just simply disturb you from the work you were hired to do in the first place. 4. There is no work-life balance. This company thrives on getting people to go above and beyond without actually compensating people what they are worth. They are absolutely happy when employees work every single day, even on days off, without any overtime compensation. It's a typical sweatshop/boiler room set-up. 5. The product is absolute garbage. They prey on the elderly with this trash product and you will feel absolutely guilty selling this to senior citizens that are on a fixed income and can barely afford this so called "landline" that isn't actually a landline. 6. Work environment is very toxic. People are pitted against each other. Unqualified people that are in cahoots with the higher ups are allowed to assume roles of power that they then use to terrorize anyone below them. There is a constant and tense fear of retaliation should one decide to speak out on any of the inconsistencies within the company. 7. Extremely high turnover rate. They fool people into leaving their stable jobs to come and work and shortly after are terminated if they do not make the cut. Anyone that makes the cut eventually leaves anyways because of all the above mentioned things I stated earlier. You are genuinely lucky if you last 4-6 months here. 8. This company has been around for the last 7 years and is still yet to scale. Because of the headstrong stubbornness of the CEO and failure to recognize when something isn't working, I doubt the company will ever scale. High turnover rate also means there is no guaranteed job security for anyone daring enough to hop on this freight train. There is no longevity, nor career advancement, nor well defined career path. This company will always be nothing more than a chaotic start-up. If
