Leadership was secretive and uncommunicative. Board of directors unorganized and disengaged. Organizational leaders made awful decisions. Organizational goals were not clear. Struggle to find a purpose for the organization.

This place is unorganized, unprofessional, and a total disorganized mess. Management is poor and degrading. There are no benefits, no gas milage reimbursement, and nothing at all is provided for employees. All staff meetings and trainings are expected to be attended at your own cost regardless of where in the state they are being held. Management will argue about your pay if it's questioned, and the lack of respect in this company is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and don't get mixed in with this place. They bill to Medicaid for services provided when consumers are playing on computers and coloring on the floor, (if I'm not mistaken that's Medicaid fraud!!!!!) Community Resource Solutions is not a legitimate place to work, and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. If there was a place for zero stars, that woukd be the overall rating, because one is too much to give such an awful place, but I had to mark one.
