- Pay is within the market rate - Upper management is easy to reach and to talk to - Company is remote first

- Projects are disorganized. The world is promised to the client but without a map - Expectation is to be an expert at everything from scheduling to compensation best practices - Management makes promises they do not keep - Toxic team members are a pain to deal with -
