Pros

Free coffee or tea. Friday free breakfast. Not strict on dress code. Some employees wear jeans during the week when they are not supposed to. Tattoo’s showing on employees when in the hand book says no tattoos showing

Cons

Very inexperienced team leads. This is in the service side call center. Team lead talks about other employees in team meetings. Very unprofessional. Very sloppy dresser and under arm Oder.

Pros

You get paid weekly, you get a company vehicle, they cover all travel expenses and reimburse meals up to $36 a day while traveling overnight out of town.

Cons

Management is all over the place on rules and regulations. Same with the contract terms on some customers. We were also just purchased by The Home Depot, quite a few technicians aren't very excited about this.

Decent Benefits, Decent Pay. The majority of the people who work there are wonderful.

Cons

It is a company that has grown too fast. While management has great intentions, they constantly change policies and job descriptions. My job description, while I kept the same title, changed numerous times. The environment was once like everyone was family, now the loyal people who stuck by the company since the beginning are now disposable.
