      A place where your voice is heard, and you can take pride in the work you do. Never a dull moment and a continuous learning and problem-solving atmosphere.

      Cons

      Being a new company, the name is not known quite yet. But it will get there and build the reputation it deserves soon enough.

      Pros

      Working at Compass Communities has been amazing. I've been able to grow and learn so much in my position, while receiving support directly from management. The work and effort being put in is extremely rewarding to see it have a positive impact on the company. Biggest strength of Compass is the teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

      Cons

      I have nothing to say other than that each day proves to stay true to their mission and vision. Continuously working to find ways to make a difference.
