It was a job at the time.
Cons
Management does not manage, they let the employees with strong personalities run the show. Management cannot stand up to them. Not to mention the management competes against each other. They are not fair and and give raises to the loud mouths. They rarely fire anyone because most employees end up Quiting. They reward bad behaviour. Senior management hides behind lower management to deal with problems that they should be dealing with. Would not recommend this company. Will not schedule more than 2 weeks-1 month at a time so you can never plan anything. Schedule always changing but not for managers their schedules always stay the same!
