Pros
It's a nice, pleasant, fun, work environment, very low key and most people are happy. (Turnover is quite low in more senior slots.) Pay is adequate. Benefits are good. There's lots of in-office socializing. You don't have to work very hard to keep a job.
Cons
The place isn't really managed at all. There is little, if any, reward for doing a good job and, in fact, working too hard and doing too much is looked down upon by some in management. There are minimal opportunities to advance internally and, because the place's reputation isn't that good, it may be difficult to get another job in the field if you want to leave.
