Pros

- Employee discount - Seeing customers get results - Being able to help people reach their goals - Decent pay

Cons

- They just want you to sell their products. They do NOT care about the customer... even if a product is not that great they will up the price and tell you to sell it. If you have good morals you will not enjoy this job.

Pros

Good people, work is easy

Cons

pay is terrible, you get 10 an hour to go out in the community most days and try to pull people's hair to come in, most raises are by $1 an hr and managers are only making $13 an hour to handle a bunch of back office stuff that you catch slack from upper management for. Manager minimum should be around $15-$16 an hr with higher commission rates, 1-3 percent commission is nothing in the sales world.
